If, for any reason, your order does not meet expectations, our return and refund process is designed to be clear, simple, and fair.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be in unused and original condition.

  • Must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories and included items.

  • Valid proof of purchase must be provided.

Please note: If an incorrect item was ordered by the customer, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Returns requested after the 30-day period will not be accepted.

Return Process

  • Method: All returns must be processed by mail. We do not accept in-store returns for online purchases.

  • Return Label: A prepaid return shipping label may be provided for eligible returns. If the return is due to a customer ordering error or change of mind, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the final refund amount.

  • Steps to Return:

    1. Repack the item securely in its original packaging.

    2. Attach the provided return shipping label.

    3. Drop off the package at the shipping carrier specified on the label.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns that meet our return requirements.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we are here to help:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged or defective product.

  2. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.

  3. Email the photos along with your order details to info@richardscarpetoutlet.com. Requests submitted after 7 days or without proper photographic evidence may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued automatically to the original payment method used during checkout.
