Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Operating Days: Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been processed, it is dispatched using our standard shipping method.

Shipping Coverage & Charges

Shipping Area: We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Fees: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders. There are no additional shipping fees charged at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. This allows you to monitor your package directly through the carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking email within 2 business days, please contact us for assistance.
Delivery Issues & Damaged Packages

Delivery Delays: If your package is significantly delayed or marked as "delivered" but not received, please contact us immediately so we can investigate with the carrier.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged:

Take clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging.

Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.

Email the photos along with your order number to info@richardscarpetoutlet.com. (Claims submitted without photographic evidence or after 7 days may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.)

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to correct your address, please contact us immediately, provided your order has not yet shipped.
